LCD Sport Instrumentation: A Customizable and Immersive Interface

The sport-style LCD instrument cluster offers a configurable interface that enhances the driving experience. The central screen displays up to five types of information, including audio settings, Subaru EyeSight® system data, driving statistics, and dynamic performance gauges.

The digital speedometer occupies a central position, accompanied by the transmission indicator, which adapts according to the selected driving mode. To the left are dedicated displays for the lateral acceleration gauge, lap timer, and torque and power curves. The automatic model offers five driving modes, while the manual offers three—each with a distinct visual configuration. The customizable rev indicator allows the driver to adjust the rev threshold for a truly tailored experience.

8-inch Infotainment System

The standard AM/FM/MP3/WMA infotainment system features a vibrant and intuitive 8-inch high-resolution touchscreen. It includes Bluetooth® connectivity, streaming audio, two USB ports, an auxiliary input, and steering wheel-mounted controls for simplified operation.

Compatible with Apple CarPlay® and Android Auto™, it also supports SiriusXM®‡. While the base trim level comes with six speakers, the Sport-tech, tS, and Murasaki Special Edition trim levels benefit from an upgraded audio system with an amplifier and eight speakers for a more immersive sound experience.

High Beam Assist: Optimal Vision at All Times

Standard on all BRZ trims, High Beam Assist optimizes nighttime visibility without compromising the safety of other road users.

This intelligent system automatically switches from high beam to low beam when a vehicle is detected nearby, then reactivates the high beams as soon as the road is clear, ensuring optimal illumination at all times.

The 2.4L SUBARU BOXER® Engine: Refined Power, Raw Thrills

At the heart of the 2025 BRZ, the naturally aspirated 2.4-liter 4-cylinder SUBARU BOXER® engine combines a low-profile design with the latest technological advancements, including direct and port injection.

The result: unleashed performance and remarkable efficiency. While its size and weight remain comparable to the previous model, this engine generates an increased output of 228 horsepower at 7,000 rpm—an increase of approximately 11 percent—and 184 lb-ft of torque at 3,700 rpm, an improvement of nearly 18 percent. With a maximum rev range of 7,500 rpm, this sporty engine delivers crisp acceleration, an exhilarating sound and pure driving pleasure with every press of the accelerator.
